Teachers and students are expected to measure their words and actions by the Teacher Jeanette Code of Conduct.

Teacher Jeanette Code of Conduct

Honor: The inner drive that propels and achieves perseverance in making ethically and morally right decisions. Honor fosters such virtues as Integrity, Purity of Motive, and High Self-esteem.

RespectRespect for the rights and the dignity of everyone can only be expressed when comprising the synthesis created among the three circles within which the individual finds themselves: (a) the inner circle of self (self-respect), (b) the middle circle of the community (respect for all persons), and (c) the outer circle of the environment (respect for one’s environment). This reflects itself in such qualities as Courage, Care, Consideration, Resolution, and Character.

Responsibility: The development of a good character requires taking responsibility for each of the three circles, without exception. This care and concern express and results in Trustworthiness, Stability, Efficiency, Dependability, and Loyalty.

Leadership: Making the right decision and acting upon it; (a) rejecting the influences that can obscure one’s perception and one’s capacity of discernment; (b) establishing an example for those younger or with less determination. True leadership lies in the desire to be of service to everyone and is founded on Initiative, Service, and Humility.

Commitment: Bringing to an end what one has started is rewarded manifold; the direct results are strengthening of Determination, Resolution, and Perseverance. Teacher/Educator using Teacher Jeanette Kinder Kollege workbooks are expected to commit themselves to uphold the Teacher Jeanette Code of conduct.
